Section 2

Intended Use

CrackTheUCAT is provided solely for the purpose of personal UCAT exam preparation. You agree to use the platform only for this intended purpose and in the manner in which it was designed.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Any use that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its servers
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
Section 3

By purchasing access to CrackTheUCAT, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for either:

  • Time-based access: for the duration of the subscription period you have paid for; or
  • Credit-based access: until the number of credits you have purchased have been used.

This licence grants you access to the questions and content within the platform for personal use only. No ownership of content is transferred to you at any point.

Credit expiry: Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. If you require an extension, you may write to us at contact@cracktheucat.com to request one. Extensions are granted entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Your account is for your personal use only. You must not share your login credentials or permit any other person to access the platform using your account.

  • Use content to create derivative works or competing products

Breach of this section constitutes a serious violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

Section 5

Payments & Refunds

All purchases made on CrackTheUCAT are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted or credits have been issued, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us at contact@cracktheucat.com and we will endeavour to address it fairly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Section 6

No Guarantee of Outcomes

CrackTheUCAT is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee any specific UCAT score, band, or medical school outcome as a result of using this platform.

Results depend on many factors including individual effort, prior knowledge, exam conditions, and circumstances beyond our control. Any performance data or statistics cited on the platform represent historical averages and are not a promise of individual results.

Section 7

Medical & Health Responsibility

Important: If you have any medical condition, disability, or health circumstance that may be affected by prolonged screen use — including but not limited to photosensitive epilepsy, visual impairments, migraines, or conditions affecting concentration — it is your sole responsibility to seek appropriate advice from a qualified medical professional before using this platform.

CrackTheUCAT accepts no liability for any adverse health effects arising from use of the platform. You use it at your own risk and in accordance with any medical guidance you have received.

Section 8

Data & Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We will not share your personal data with third parties except:

  • Where we are legally obliged to do so (for example, in response to a lawful request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority)
  • With essential service providers (such as payment processors) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@cracktheucat.com.

Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Section 9

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible. We accept no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service.

Section 10

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Where a breach involves misuse of content or intellectual property, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@cracktheucat.com. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits or subscription time.

Section 11

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email to the address registered on your account, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
